: This evaluation is done by the the global programme to refining the advocacy and communications strategies and providing guidance to UN Women at headquarters and in the field. The objective of this consultancy is to undertake a midterm review and end of programme evaluation for the UN Women programme on Promoting and Protecting Women Migrant Worker’s Labour and Human Rights: Engaging with International and National Human Rights Mechanisms to enhance Accountability funded by the European Commission. DCI-MIGR/2013/282-939. This project focuses on three case studies: Mexico, Moldova and the Philippines. The consultancy will be undertaken during the period June 1, 2015 to April 30, 2017
