The evaluation report provides useful insights for the development of future regional programmes on EVAW, not only on support to right-holders but also to deepen the engagement of duty-bearers. Are acknowledged the need to 1) use realistic indicators and targets to ensure a strategic and well-aligned approach to addressing VAW and promoting gender equality; 2) address challenges related to sustainable funding sources and exploring modalities for efficient resource management and innovative financing mechanisms; and 3) formalize participation mechanisms and increased political backing for maintaining the Programme's effectiveness and cohesive response to violence against women. The overall findings part is very well articulated and developed. All 8 recommendations refer to the need to continue the areas of intervention and support, which is understood as evidence of the need to deepen and expand the results achieved. Further analysis of successful interventions to be replicated could have been useful for future programming.
