Outcome GTM_D_1.1: Normative, institutional, and policy frameworks to increase women’s representation and participation in decision-making at all levels are reformed, adopted and implemented. Outcome GTM_D_2.1: Policies, plans, budgets, and mechanisms designed and implemented to strengthen rural women's economic empowerment processes and improve women's work conditions. Outcome GTM_D_3.1: National and local institutions, policies and mechanisms promote VAW prevention and implement multisector responses to address violence against women and girls. Outcome GTM_D_4.1: Commitments on women, peace, security,justice, and humanitarian actions are shaped by women leadership to fulfill their rights and protection and are implemented by the Guatemalan State with UNW support.
