Comments :

Evaluation was initiated in May instead of April due to Covid-19 pandemic and restrictions in travel and planned meetings with programme beneficiaries. The evaluation plan in the inception report was modified to allow the evaluation to be done online/via phone calls taking into consideration the UN Women guidance of evaluations during the Covid-19 pandemic.
