Recommendation: There was limited follow-up after the training from the organizers and the participants. Further, very few respondents noted that they developed an action to enable implementation of the training into their work. GRB training modules need to be more action oriented and there should be greater follow up after the training to ensure that participants are using the information that they have learned during the training.
